Will getting my car serviced out of the dealer network invalidate my manufacturers warranty?
Of course not, we will only fit genuine parts which are fitted by factory trained staff.
Does Geelong Merc Specialists use special tools?
We use dealer diagnostic equipment, allowing us access to the dealer network. We also use special tooling to make sure your Mercedes Benz is repaired and serviced to a very high standard.
Will you keep me informed of any changes to my final invoice?
Any extra work carried out on your Mercedes Benz vehicle will only be carried out with your authorisation.

Expensive repairs.
Unfortunately cars do have issues which can sometimes become an expensive repair. We will work with you to achieve the best outcome possible. We have business contacts that are able to repair components, rather than just replacing with new, sometimes very costly, parts which can potentially save you thousands. This gives us an advantage over the main dealer as they will only sell new or recon parts at a much higher price.

Geelong Merc Specialists is owned and operated by Michael and Claire Westwell, a husband and wife team living and working in Geelong.
We specialise in Mercedes Benz vehicles only. This way we are able to offer the highest possible level of expertise and knowledge of the Mercedes Benz brand.
I started working as a technician at Mercedes Benz in the UK in 2000. After seven years at the dealer I opened up an Independent Mercedes Benz repair business. Business took off, however Claire and I made the decision to move to Geelong with our two children in 2013, seeking a warmer climate. We both worked at the local Mercedes Benz dealership, myself as a workshop team leader and Claire as a service advisor. After many years working for Mercedes Benz we decided to open our own independent repair centre in Geelong. We are excited to be able to offer our customers an outstanding service whilst also offering huge savings on cost compared to the dealer.
